2. Delivery Timelines & Charges

We work with reliable courier partners across Pakistan (TCS, Leopards, Trax, CallCourier) to ensure fast and safe delivery.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD)

• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available nationwide for your convenience.

• Please keep the exact cash amount ready for the delivery rider upon arrival.

4. Parcel Inspection Policy

• Courier companies in Pakistan do not allow opening the package before payment.

• If your parcel arrives visibly damaged or tampered with, please do not accept it and inform us immediately.

• We strongly advise recording a quick unboxing video when opening your package to easily resolve any claim regarding damaged or missing products.
